Q1: Why doesn’t it rotate?
A: Due to its weight, it requires a certain level of light intensity to rotate. Typically, rotation starts around 9 to 10 in the morning when there is sufficient sunlight. As a test, you can set your smartphone’s flash to high brightness and shine it within 1cm of the solar panel, and normally it will start rotating.
Q2: Does it not emit fragrance when it’s not rotating?
A: No, it still emits fragrance even when it’s not rotating due to insufficient light. It releases fragrance through 54 diffuser holes, just like regular car air fresheners. The intensity of the fragrance varies depending on the type and amount of essential oil used, but we recommend using 100% pure essential oils for best results.
Q3: Can I use other aroma stones with it?
A: We do not recommend using other aroma stones as they may cause interference or noise from the upper solar rotating disc.
